George Wither stole the show at today’s Mixed Stableford, winning the event with 39 points and claiming the £20 2s pot to himself. George started his round by holing out from 70 yards for an eagle 2 at the first hole and had a birdie 2 at the sixth, in an outward nine of 32; not too bad on a raw, dreich day!
