Friendly with Edinburgh University Wednesday 11th May
 
Once again, we had a lovely evening with the Edinburgh University girls
all of whom are fantastic golfers (also who are all young athletic and
Amazonian!!)

It is always a joy to play with them and learn from them as we play
alongside them. We did lose all but one of our matches so they won
overall (but we did try earnestly and all played our very best!!)
Although very cold, the rain held off, then after the match we all
Headed into the Golfers Bar where the Brasserie staff had a prepared a
lovely warming curry buffet for us, a perfect finish to a good evening.


Sadly, this was Lynsey Stevenson’s last match as the Edinburgh
University Captain and also some of the other girl’s final farewell as
they have now finished University and are heading off to embark on their
career paths.

We wished them all the best of luck and we look forward to future matches
in which new students will take part and be captained by Nandini Nagra
